1 Refund Eligibility
At Skillgrove, we stand behind the quality of our AR/VR and game engine integration courses. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for most of our learning programs, provided specific conditions are met.
You are eligible for a full refund if you have completed less than 20% of the course content and submit your refund request within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds are not available for: specialized certification programs, one-on-one mentoring sessions that have already been scheduled, or downloadable resources that have been accessed.

3 Processing Times
Credit Card Refunds
5-7 business days after approval. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
PayPal Refunds
2-3 business days after approval. You'll receive notification directly in your PayPal account.
Bank Transfer Refunds
7-10 business days after approval. International transfers may take additional time.
4 Special Circumstances
We understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise. If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing your course content, or if you have medical or family emergencies, please contact us directly.

Course bundles and promotional packages may have different refund terms. Please review the specific terms provided at the time of purchase.
For students in Kazakhstan, we comply with local consumer protection laws. If you believe our refund policy doesn't adequately address your situation, please reach out to discuss alternative solutions.
5 Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the amount of content accessed and the time elapsed since purchase. Partial refunds are calculated as follows:
• 80% refund for courses with less than 10% completion
• 60% refund for courses with 10-20% completion
• No refund for courses with more than 20% completion
Course completion is measured by the number of lessons accessed, assignments submitted, and total time spent in the learning platform.
